These are all ranked based on their wins/losses over the past 2-3 years. All of them are ranked above those they have beat and below those who they have lost against. The higher the rank of the guy that they beat, the higher their rank. Depth of resume then comes into it after best opponent is factored in and then historic results. Losses against top guys don't do much harm whereas wins against low level guys also do not do much positively to the ranking.

Sanchez and Parker probably need a solid win in their next fight or they will likely drop. Joshua, Fury, Joyce and Chisora will also be in that situation in about 6-10 months.

All of these guys have until at least August 2024 before they get dropped for inactivity so hopefully they stay active before then.

16-20 are one decent win from entering the top 15 and possibly the top 10 if the guys ranked 10-15 don't step up their opposition.

I can see inclusion of Ngannou which is fine. It was a pro fight after all.

Whyte probably won’t get ranked.. same as Ruiz.

If he announced a fight by time we close the thread.. then he can be ranked.
