James Toney vs Guillermo Jones at CW

12 rounds at Cruiserweight.
Somehow, this match-up came to my mind and I find it fascinating.
At cruiserweight, we can only take Toney of the Jirov fight. While Guillermo, even when he got overweight, still remained effective all the way up to the Lebedev fight.
I do believe this fight has variables. Toney of 2003 was really on his game. But in Jones, he would've faced a big cruiserweight, with good volume and punch variation. Guillermo also had a rock-solid chin, so I assume it wouldn't have been easy to deter him even with Toney's crisp counters.
How do you see it going, guys?
