Holyfield wins by hard fought decision. Tim would give him one hell of a fight, but wouldn't edge it.
I'm assuming each guy fights his best during his peak years.

Holyfield is an all time great. Witherspoon at his peak was something special.
This would be a fun hard fought win for Holyfield. No cake walk here.
