Wallace stops Auimatagi in the 6th in what might be the worst referee stoppage of all times, no doubt Wallace was well ahead, Auimatagi was rough and ready and didn't mind a scrap but Wallace picked him off with the southpaw jab and straight lefts, used his height and reach well enough, Auimatagi landed just enough to keep in it but literally out of nowhere in the 6th round, Wallace landed a left cross and threw another couple which were blocked and the ref stepped in suggesting Auimatagi was taking too much punishment, he was being outboxed sure but he was never hurt apart from in the 2nd round when Wallace dropped him with a combination ending with a left, even then he was fine, madness by the ref that was a new low, regardless of the level

i watched holiday - ivan robinson the other day. holiday exceptionally fit, averaged ovr 100 punches a round. they mentioned on the broadcast that he also did trialthons and bike racing before focusing on boxing. had a nice title run before losing his belt to mosley in a good effort where he won rounds

maybe not as good a ref as a boxer based on this one though
