Good return for Magee, Vester was awful though he was taking knees when there were not shots landing!! Magee v Witter would be good, I'd fancy Witter though.

Darke is so full of shit during that first round he said "The crowd here are making a really good noise" you could hear the odd individual shout here and there but it was hardly a noisy atmosphere - why does he always have to try and gloss over things like that?

Also Watt was banging on about Vester taking his own gumshield out which was utter bollocks, you could see quite clearly he was putting it back in when Vann reached the count of 7 or 8 he wasnt removing it at all.

Bit disappointed in Vester - in the sense that I wanted to see how Magee's 'new' legs would affect his punching power, but it didn't take big punches to put Vester down. However, the initial ones were classy, accurate shots - as you'd expect of Magee. 8)

Yes, well done to Magee, it was good to see him back in action.

He claims he wants to return to Light-Welterweight and mentioned Junior Witter, style wise I'm not sure if that would be a good fight for Magee or the fans.

But I wish him well.

Apparently Eamonn Magee is looking to have his next fight in June.
