Joyce vs Ali & Dacres vs Adeleye - 16th March

A fall from grace for Joyce. He beat Parker a year and a half ago and Parker is one fight away from a title shot, Joyce is now having a comeback vs Ali. You'd think that Joyce can't afford a comeback route including the likes of Ali if he wants to have a final shot at going to the top. He could have had a comeback against much much tougher competition and he would be a wide favourite.

Dacres vs Adeleye is an interesting test though.

This is an awful fight. By the time it happens Ali would have fought once in 2 years and that was a comprehensive points loss to Bogdan Myronets. Joyce doesn’t have time for these kind of fights.

I like the Dacres/Adeleye fight though.

I would have thought Joyce would have been on the Saudi gravy train not doing a meaningless fight like this

pretty shocking to see Joe against Kash Ali. I've only seen Ali fight once, and that was against David Price. surprised to see he's still in boxing.

I do hope Adeleye gets beat, after such a classless performance before during and after last time.

The Joyce v Ali is one I don't think any of us saw coming. Ali's career, which never really got going despite some talent when he was an Ingle pupil, is surely over with a KO from Joe in this confidence boosting walkover.

No problem with Joyce getting a confidence booster as long as he is kept busy

woulda been cooler for the ukranian who beat ali and gorman to get a chance. not a puncher either so joe's chin is safe if that's a concern

If anyone deserves a soft touch it's Joyce.

Mind you, Ali won't be coming to fight and will probably disgrace himself again

i dont think ppl begrudge him a sofft fight. i mean he's had a very nice run of opposition and been back to back stopped in hard losses. no doubt he's 'earned' it as far as that goes.

more that, at his age, there's less room for fights that arent really all that meaningful. it gets him back with a win, but ali is really dropping low down. i dare say than his pro debut opponent was just as good.

that said, if joe gets right out there afterwards, it wont be a big deal. surely at his age, his team knows he needs to be right back in the ring if he beats down ali as easily as he should

Just be nice for Joyce. If we're talking easy comebacks. Else Hrgovic, Sanchez or Kabayel.

But going this route someone might fall off the wagon above him, namely AJ, Fury or Usyk, and there'd be more money for those.

Parker had a bad loss, went back many levels stayed active and is flying again. Joyce probably dosent have as much time to waste but getting back in the wins and pushing on is fair enough.

Who is going to fight Joyce off 2 losses, kash won’t change anything but it’s just a green box and a lil confidence booster.

I really like that English title fight too, should be interesting.

True… Ukrainian cruiserweight would give Joyce Wbss flashbacks though….

Kash Ali would do better numbers though; I think plenty are keen to see him get battered.

It’s poor, but it’s just getting back in the wins…. Not like King Kong Ortiz fighting legit mystery fights no one knows are happening….

I like the Dacres/Adeleye fight though.
So the card is confirmed bar the Dacres/Adeleye fight. The poster just mentions Dacres so doesn’t look like that fight is happening. Shame as it was far more interesting than Joyce/Ali.

By the time Joyce's first punch reaches the target Ali will have bitten his tits off.
