Rosario didn’t fight at 130 in his prime. Chacon outboxes and outworks Chapo until he gets caught. Rosario was such a big hitter I can’t see Chacon being able to do his thing and stay upright for 15 rounds.

I'd guess that Rosario's power is too much for Chacon - a natural featherweight - to withstand. Rosario was one of the best punchers in the lightweight division in the 1980s. That's not good for Bobby, who tended to trade punches with his foes.
