Floyd was fast with an incredible boxing IQ.
Carrera could possibly get lucky knocking Patterson out, but I think Floyd is quick enough and smart enough to pull off a boxing lesson

Either Patterson used his speed to decision Carnera or Carnera would catch Patterson with a big right uppercut to knock him out in 4 rounds.

Floyd Patterson was not the great Joe Louis.
Primo Carnera by knockout in 8. Too big for Floyd.
