I do hate this annoying trend of making an announcement about a forthcoming announcement! 
There's just no need for it, particularly in this social media age where you can just put out a statement that can be read all over the planet simultaneously.

If this is true that means they couldnt get a letter of credit or a backer to put money in escrow for canelo who will certainly be one of the few fights to make money

Definitely a worrying situation for PBC.
You don't set free the biggest cash cow in boxing without good reason.
If it was/is money issues, then I hope they come right because they have put on some of the best shows.

Pbc is out of money. Canelo demanded cash be put in escrow and they dont have the cash - the writing is one the wall for pbc
