..at one time it was beau jack. i don't know if is record still holds....but i'll go with him as my answer.
...i'm not hedging my answer, but if i'm wrong then i'll pick emile griffith as my second choice.

I guess Griffith gets the Garden prize for most fights. Jack most headlining dates.

...without checking i'm guessing that a lot of griffith's battles there were in title fights. jack wouldn't have been in many of those...but in a lot of main events.
