This is not a challenge....IF it was a challenge we would of course accept it. But as it is, and under the present circumstances, and all things considered, and giving the matter much thought, and weighing all options we suggest you consider pounding sand.

At least with sand JHL would have a chance of leaving an impression.

Not saying we won't consider this matchup in the future....not sayin' that at all. In fact under the right conditions, with a referee that has been vetted, and judges that have proved themselved worthy, it could very easily take place. It's just that the here and now is no place for such an event.

if Roy accepts Billy's challenge we can arrange a different fight for Billy and Fitz respectively.

But there seems to be no reason why Ezzard Charles and John Henry Lewis can't be a go.

With every fighter this season fighting in his prime and in peak condition.....that along with 10 round fights makes the action a lot more competitive, though mostly predictable......Perhaps in a future season,,,having the "conditioning check" reinstated might add more uncertainty.

That definitely needs reinstating. It shook things up a lot more. Made the Simulated Chaos much more Chaotic.

I honestly think the unmanaged fighters are doing better than most seasons I remember, at least early on. Not sure if that is the depth of the LHW division or everybody in their prime.

I would say it has to do with the "prime directive" lower rated fighters showed up in their prime less often than higher rated fighters. . So though subtle it does skew things. Fabrice Tiozzo at his best was probably better than his average outing. So this may well be affecting things. Thus a Tunney victory is less surprising under such a setting. But I sort of like the nuance for this season.
