Whitaker is universally recognized as the top-2, top-3 lightweights of all time. I think, Pernell outboxes a younger, less-experienced Mosley and grabs a competitive, but clear UD. Pernell will give Shane his props after the fight.

Overall, I do believe it'd be a better and more intriguing fight at 147. Guess, Mosley might even be viewed as a favourite at welterweight.
