Jack Kearns Jr. told me about the time his dad and Walker knocked out about 9 guys in a bar fight.

All time great. And one of boxing’s greatest characters for sure. My Grandfathers favorite. Talked about him all the time.

Certainly one of the greats. He was in the 2nd Group of guys selected for the Boxrec Hall of Fame. At the time he was voted in, he was one of only 24 fighters.
Fought quality competition from welterweight to heavyweight.
