Joyce is more likely to win, because he's a physical freak, big, strong and quite durable, while Brewster wasn't very special. Although Brewster could show toughness and hit hard, while Joyce isn't involnurable, like the Zhang bouts showed, so Lamon could pull out a KO.

Brewster would have his moments being "Relentless", but Joyce's size and power would be too much for Brewster to handle and Joyce would stop him in 8 rounds.
