this was a fantastic listen, breaks down putting on small hall shows including the headaches! Steve comes across so well here, and seems to have a sound set of ethics behind who he works with in the sport.

thanks Don, will do. I love his commitment and honesty. And lack of bitterness despite people with zero experience or ethics like Sam Jones stealing his fighters. Also a Dillian Whyte fighter coming back to him is very telling. Stick with Steve is what I got from this.
