We at Goldenbuzz Promotions wish to thank the other half of the Commision for recognizing that Bivens cuts were unfair, unkind, and an imposition on all honest pugilists. This should be a lesson to any other pugilist who dares to cut their opponent. The gloves were obviously doctored with some sort of sharp object. Dariusz should be canceled as a pool opponent and his reputation sullied as a result. And we thank the unbias half of the commission for placing 3 points in our column while allowing Dariusz a big fat zero in his column. We also of course wish JHL the best of luck in his pursuit of full control of the WBC championship recognition.

We see that the courts have ordered a reversal of the Bivins-Dariusz outcome. This is unprecedented. And we wish to whine and complain and will be seeking our safe place in order to do so. Please respect our privacy as we reflect and determine our "next steps".
