Saad Muhammad would absorbed Torres' punches, but Torres would outbox Saad rather than finishing him off by jabbing and landing long range bombs as Torres would take a decision.

One of my favorite mythical bouts. At one time, I was leaning towards Torres-not so sure anymore.

Matthew Saad Muhammad could be out boxed by Jose "Chegui" Torres, but, he was too relentless. He has too much fighting spirit for Chegui to overcome.
Matthew Saad was very hard to discourage in his prime. And the longer the fight, the better for him.
Saad Muhammad by knockout in the 13th with Torres wilting with blood bleeding through his nose and mouth in a brutal struggle.
