Mate, he isn’t here. Nobody can apologise to him. And I’m not sure how much a few people on the internet gibbing off about him would bother him. I strongly suspect you’re more emotional than he is about it. Though, I’m sure there’s a karmic reach-around for you out there somewhere from him for your sterling service.

All these 'scared of' stories by the brave fans are laughable. Fury marinated the fight and took easier paychecks first.

Tyson Fury`s best wins have increasingly been put into perspective. Wlad was over the hill .. Wilder really was over-hyped and actually quite average; Wallin too ...

But Fury had one last opportunity to prove he wasn`t a fraud though. Against the gap toothed midget ... Fury had all the advantages too. Enormous height, reach and weight advantages ... the adage that a good big one will always beat a good little one reassured you I`m sure.

And you can be assured that it was correct too, because Usyk showed he is a good little one, but Fury isn`t a good big one. Fury turned out to be just the best of a very bad bunch.

Good riddance to Fury. His huge physical advantages enabled him to give Usyk a tough fight, but ultimately he didn`t have the skill set or chin to beat the gap toothed midget

If you’re in a morbidly antagonistic internet relationship with someone who comes across as a bit obsessive and mad, pro tip: you come across as a bit mad too.

I have no idea what I wrote, but I think he was "scared" of losing his title to Usyk and in hindsight he should have been. He wasn't scared in the traditional sense.

Fury was very smart to take the other paydays first. Like what Atlas says about Jake Paul, "I don't blame someone for figuring out how to make the most money."

He fought Chisora when Usyk couldn’t fight because he was injured.

He fought Chisora when Usyk couldn’t fight because he was injured.

I forgot to mention, Usyk is a magnificent fighter and last night proves Fury is a tremendous fighter also

Really memorable career, if inconsistent and frustrating. I'd say no more frustrating than Calzaghe (continual injury withdrawals and stalled negotiations for big fights), whom many of us were impatient with back in what now is considered as a great era. Two British greats I never would have taken the risk to buy a ticket for.

Total surprise that he outboxed Wlad; few of us saw that coming. So he has a win over a `Hall of Famer. Like Hatton or McGuigan or Honeyghan. But neither of those followed with a trilogy vs the biggest pound for pound puncher in the sport (in this case Wilder), two classic (if choppy) wars and one brilliant annihilation.

Some cracking minor fights to enjoy, vs Cunningham, Firtha and Pajkik (sp?). Plenty of drama and heart vs Wallin as well. So there is entertainment value, little novelties here and there as well.

And if Usyk was the last stand, it's never damaged a fighter's reputation too badly to go out on a great fight. Most modern boxers and UFC fighters at the top level seem to behave in consistently embarrassing ways and misuse social media, but what he's done in the ring, especially when badly bleeding or reeling from a knockdown, gets my respect.
