Ricky Burns vs Miguel Vazquez (2013)

The WBO/IBF unification LW bout, that was scheduled to happen in March of 2013 in London. Unfortunately, got called off after Vazquez pulled out and never revisited.
Who would've won back then, in your opinion?

At that point in his career, IMO Vazquez would win the fight, not sure if he gets the decision in London because he was a distance fighter and not always pretty to watch, and Burns would be the local favorite
