Danny Williams vs. Byrd, Ruiz, Brewster (2004)

Following a win over Mike Tyson in July 2004, Danny Williams received a good ranking within sanctioning bodies.
As I checked, in period of August-October 2004, Williams was ranked #8-#10 within WBA, #9-#10 within WBO and I didn't find info about his standings in the IBF rankings at the time.
Anyway, what if Warren tries to match Williams a against Ruiz (WBA), Byrd (IBF) or Brewster (WBO) instead of throwing him in against Vitali (WBC)?

Williams was mediocre. He won the absolutely shot version of Tyson, unmotivated, not fit and injured.
Byrd, Ruiz and Brewster were all much better, than Williams. Byrd did much better against Vitali, than Danny. Brewster KOed Vit's bro.
All of those three had notable wins over real top fighters, not only shot old men. I can't fancy Danny winning any of them.
Byrd outclasses Williams in a shotout.
Ruiz outclinches Williams to a wide dec.
Brewster batters Williams and stops him.

In general, I agree with you. Though, I classify Williams as a fine Euro fighter. He could box and punch a bit. And before he became completely shot, he had a solid chin.
Stylistically, IMO, he'd have better chances against Brewster. If Brewster doesn't get rid of Williams early, I can see him getting gassed and having some struggles with Britt down the stretch. Brewster was outboxed by Luan Krasniqui (until he wasn't) and arguably should've lost to Kali Meehan (Williams blasted Meehan in a round, for what it's worth).

Byrd outboxes Danny Williams to a wide UD
Ruiz hugs and mugs him. Possibly stopping him late. Ruiz had a boring style, but it wasn't unusual for him to stop guys after wearing 'em down all fight long, and I think he could stop Danny around the 11th or so.
Brewster vs Danny would be a fun slugfest, but Brewster would knock Danny out around the 6th or 7th.
Basically Danny goes 0-3 here.
