A close call. Before the recent Parker's run I'd pick Chagaev, but Joe improved.

Yeah, I feel like Parker is a hot-and-cold type of fighter. But Andy Lee may have helped him find himself.

As far as Chagaev, it's tough to evaluate how good he really was. His prime was short-lived. Had some injuries in his career and that hepatitis thing led to the cancellation of his fights against Ibragimov (which should've been a unification) and Valuev (the rematch, that never happened). I feel like even against Povetkin in 2011 - he already wasn't at his best.
