Further to the other post about most limited champ, how about two weight champs?

Well if we're counting the WBO, then Paul Weir of Scotland is in the mix. While a good fighter at domestic, European level, calling himself a 2 weight World Champion is something he can do, incredibly.

I have to admit I was bitterly disappointed in Dodie Penalosa when he challenged Dave McAuley for the IBF flyweight title in London in 1990. McAuley retained on a split decision but only because the Filipino judge made Penalosa the winner, which was ludicrous. The other two scores read 120-109 and 119-113.
Penalosa, a childhood polio victim, had previously held the same IBF flyweight title and the IBF light-flyweight title.

Both good shouts, I guess the very lightest weights have less decent competition.

It's impressive that Paul Weir of Scotland can call himself a two-weight World Champion, considering his success at domestic and European levels. While some may debate the legitimacy of the WBO title, his achievements and skill in the ring are commendable and worthy of recognition.
