good enough not to be hurt by canelo's uppercuts, not so good that he was immune to being hurt by joe smith jr
hard to say precisely how good since few instances of solid punchers hitting him clean. clearly its not glass though

He has not been tested by a light heavy.

That's the question.
Bivol has the slick footwork and body moves, but how much can he take if Beterbiev gets to him and does damage inside 4.
Could be a long 8 rounds.

Bivol's defense-offense and his footwork are saving his chin to get hit flush. I'm pretty sure he does a lot of strength and conditioning for his neck muscle. I'd say his chin is decent. He was never dropped and he doesn't get hit clean too often. On the other hand Artur gets hit a lot and he was dropped by Callum Johnson.

Saying he's not got a chin is pretty silly really , like MT said he survived Canelos punches can't remember him even getting phased in that fight , but more importantly there the consumate proffesionals , he would of sparred bigger guys many many a time , and i would think if it was apparant he did'nt have the chin to take on a light heavy , they would'nt do it

Getting cut and stopped might be seen as being chinny
Can only run for so long
