I think, it's a good fight if we take both at their peaks. Means, 2003 Harris vs 2013 Provodnikov.
Harris is mostly remembered for getting KTFO by Carlos Maussa (in what was an upset at the time) on the Mayweather-Gatti undercard. But he had couple of notable wins in the early 2000's. He could both box and bang. And had nice physical attributes for that weight division.
Provodnikov had a very short peak due to his style. But Provo from Bradley up till Matthysse fight would make a lot of people work in that ring.
I think, it will ultimately go down to who has the better chin. Hands down, Provo has the advantage in this department.
Thru the first half of the fight, Harris would be giving Provo some pasting with straight rights and left hooks from distance. But he won't be able to completely hold Provo off. Ruslan gets to him late and scores a come from behind stoppage victory.
