Most would pick Williams nowadays. But I think, Carr could've won that one. William's defensive flaws could've played into Carr's hands.
Paul was a nice fighter. But I think people tend to overrate him in mythical fights.
Carr was known as a guy, who was coming up short in big fights. But it's who he fought what matters. He was competetive against peak Quartey, Trinidad and De La Hoya (even though, he was stopped by the latter two).
