Could either Sims outbox Hart to take a decision or stop him late or would the Cyclone landing big left hooks to take a decision? What do you guys think and who do you got?

I believe if Robbie Sims stays out of Philadelphia, he could win. If he goes to Philadelphia to test Eugene "Cyclone" Hart, it could be the end of Sims' career.

Hart by knockout.

Sims had an iron chin and he was never stopped nor knocked out in his prime except Nigel Benn who stopped Sims. Sims could be stopped, but the Cyclone would not be one of them.
