The drop down menu for all WBA title fights has disappeared. WBA title fights have also been taken off boxers records who fought for or won it

The WBA went completely insane with the amount of "world" champions they had in their own organisation. Champion, Super Champion, Interim Champion.... :KO:

On the new video game 'Undisputed', there's no WBA either, but there is WBC/IBF/WBO.

They have been a shambles, particularly in the last decade or so. Though there have been instances going back 60 years.

Having researched world boxing for nigh on fifteen years now. I know the WBA were a very strange organisation (ie. calling Ernie Terrell the champ when Ali was in his absolute prime) but if boxrec are labelling themselves as the record keeper of the sport then WBA titles should be listed. Whether we take any notice of them or not, if a title is on the line, however spurious, it should be recorded.

How many times can the WBA "Champion" be the 5th or 6th best guy in the division at best before your belt starts losing it's credibility. It appears that chicken has finally come home to roost for the WBA.
