Just dawned on me I’ve not seen him announcing any fights for a while, unless I’ve just missed it. I thought he might have been used for the Riyadh fights. Any ideas where he’s gone?

Shalom is Jewish, but I don't think he's practicing. I'm sure Dimitri Salita was in Saudi for the first big shows.

His kippah, yeah. Only time I've seen him without it was at the Amir Khan fight. A Muslim vs a Jew three miles from the biggest Jewish community in the North East. Proof that Fwank puts a pound note before religious tensions.

It's illegal to openly practice any non-muslim religion in Saudi Arabia, so no churches or synagogues allowed.
