12 (or 15) Rounds Heavyweight Bout

Either Duke outbox Chuvalo behind his jabs and working his right hands and left hooks on the body and head to take a decision or would Chuvalo's iron chin would wear the Duke down behind his body attack and knocking him out in the late rounds with a big left hook of his own? What do you guys think and who do you got?

Morrison definitely could outbox Chuvalo. The technical stoppage is also possible.

It's possible Morrison could punch himself out on Chuvalo, and get stopped late. It's also possible he could stop Chuvalo on his feet.

If he went knowing that Chuvalo was most likely not gonna be stopped, and he had the mindset that he's gonna outbox him then he definitely could do that.

Very difficult to predict, in terms of the exact specifics.

It could go either way imo.
Morrison Could get an early rounds Tko, especially with certain types of Refs.
Chuvalo wouldn't be actually ready to go to sleep though.
He'd definitely protest the stoppage, and vehemently, in that specific case scenario.
Morrison would have to completely go for broke in the process.
He'd be in that punched himself out stage, just as the overzealous ref jumps in to wave it off.
A discernfull ref would realize what a Durable Tank of a Man that Chuvalo was though.

Morrison was a proverbial Hot or Cold.
Kind of sort of a throwback to Henry Cooper and Bob Satterfield and a bit of Floyd Patterson thrown into the mix of fairly relative comparisons.

I'd probably have to lean towards Chuvalo getting it done, via Tko, between the 9th to 11th round.
He had a considerably bigger gas tank(Much Greater Stamina), Alot More Durability, and definitely had more than sufficient punching power(66 ko's out of 73 wins).

Not even sure if the Morrison that out pointed Foreman in 1993 would be able to hold off Chuvalo.
That Morrison I'd be the closest to 50-50 with my prediction but I'd still be favoring Chuvalo to be too much.
Basically, Chuvalo would have to get injured, during the early segment of the bout in order for Morrison to definitely pull off the win.

George gives him a beating.

I like The Duke by TKO in about 6 rounds.

Punch for punch, and chin for chin, I would pick George Chuvalo. He was ten times more hombre than Tommy Morrison.

In a great slugfest, Chuvalo by knockout in 6.

Morrison didn't beat a single contender in their prime. Nothing tells me it's gonna be different here.

Morrison would be kicking George's ass for about 4 or 5 rounds. Then he'd start to gas, and George would start taking over more and more, and from about Round 8 on he'd be kicking Tommy's ass for as long as Tommy could stand it.

I got George by KO in 10. He's not a giant of a man so he's gonna have to chop Tommy down a little more, but he'd get him.

Related in a sense but , when I think of Chuvalo, i think of one of the toughest people I’ve ever seen. Not just the fights, but his life. This matchup, is interesting because of the two styles but the people we are talking about. George may be one of a kind.

He beat Quarry in '69. Plus, Chuvalo's stoppage losses were to Foreman and Frazier. Not Michael Bentt.

Chuvalo also had a number of losses to guys, whose names everyone doesn't even know or remember.
