It's close, both healthy makes it a very appealing credible fight.

I'm sure Virgil would be All in for this bout.
Jerron just might feel quite differently though.
I think that Jerron would At least slightly prefer to box against Ryan Garcia.
Even that might only be 50-50 in terms of what Boots decides to do, even if straight out offered that type of slightly preferable bout.
I think that Karen gave him a bit of a harsh wake up call. Karen is weaker and doesn't punch as hard and as fast as Ryan, so even The former lightweight Ryan would probably have Boots shaking in his Boots a bit too much to entertain that type of moderate level bout.
Boots versus Spence would probably actually be the ideal bout, for both of them guys.

This is the next generation's Crawford vs Spence but 5-10 years earlier in their careers. Winner should face Crawford but if they have this fight soon enough they should have time for at least one rematch in their primes.

I reckon Ortiz can only be beaten by big punchers else someone skilled at near-Mayweather proportions. he's tough, bangs and relentless. got skillz too

Ortiz can be beaten a number of ways, so can Ennis.
They're both exciting boxers and in their prime and it feels like the time.

Neither are big enough names to generate the money for their teams to risk it.
It will eventually happen but not in 2025

They're good fighters on the way up, their records are good and both are coming off impressive performances.
Easy fight to make reputation wise, why not
Some may say Ortiz is coming off a loss, some may say Ennis is overrated.
Look at their last personal performance, they gave it their all.
Plenty of reasons to make this fight happen.

They really should just go for it(Both fighters/Both Camps).
Really there is nothing to lose on either side.
Sure, maybe they're first bout might only do sub-par revenue, but most definitely a rematch and then a possible eventual third bout would very likely both do Very Good revenue numbers.
Least case scenario would be, one of em gets tko'd in the first bout, but with controversy involved (Example-Premature ref stoppage/highly disputed stoppage)(And maybe the fighter who lost by tko in round 8 or whatever was ahead on the cards at the time of they're premature stoppage/tko loss, thus prompting a highly demanded rematch).

Hopefully they've been promised a big fight after it, win or lose, as they would both deserve it for taking this risk at this time in their careers and that should be rewarded. Winner will almost certainly get Crawford, or at least should. Who could the loser get to make it worthwhile? Spence if it's Ortiz? Haney if it's Ennis?

Don't think it's a Riyadh bout quite yet.
Ennis has been clipped multiple times and Ortiz may have lost last time out.
