Sugar Ray Robinson vs. Ralph "Tiger" Jones Rematch

15 Rounds Middleweight Bout

We know that Ralph "Tiger" Jones upset SRR who was on the comeback trail with a decision win, but what if they had a rematch for Robinson's World Middleweight Title. The nearly past prime Robinson would outbox Jones behind his quick left jabs and combinations on the outside without giving him space to take a decision. If Robinson was in his prime, he would outbox Jones convincingly to take a decision. What do you guys think and who do you got?

Yes, SRR wins the rematch-Jones was too much too soon when SRR fought him.

I am glad that nobody said that Tiger Jones beats Sugar Ray Robinson all the time "because styles makes fights" ideology. Never believed that theory.

Yeah I think Robinson's loss to Tiger Jones is a lot like the one to Turpin. An anomaly rather than a result that you could expect very often.
