I've been told first official British Boxing ratings appeared in July 1933, has anyone got a copy of them that they wouldn't mind sharing?

I have got these ratings and would be happy to share them. The problem is that I can never work out how to post an image onto these pages. I have done it so many times before but can never remember what software it is that I have to use.

Can someone help?

You are welcome. Neville Buckley is a pen name for Gilbert Odd, one-time Boxing News editor. He used the name originally when he was a referee and he did not want his family, who all preferred cricket, to find out that he was mixed up in the awful world of boxing.

These were the only ratings published in Britain until the National Boxing Association (NBA), a boxer's union and not to be confused with the US organisation of the same name, started to publish regional UK ratings in 1938/9.

The NBA 'Ladder Plan' as they called it, was an attempt to rank each boxer by area in Great Britain and Northern Ireland. In August 1938 the NBA started by ranking the leading fighters nationally and I enclose the first such listings. After that, there were occasional area rankings included in 'Boxing' but, as the war was to follow within twelve months, the scheme never really got of the ground.

If anyone is interested then I can post one of the regional ranking lists
