Niles, Kalule fought SRL in 1981 3 months before SRL fought Thomas "The Hitman" Hearns for their showdown for their Unified Welterweight Titles.
Anyways, McCrory was tall as the Hitman, but he was no Hitman as Kalule would outbox McCrory behind his southpaw jabs and counterpunches on the outside to take a decision. It would be a good fight.
