Understatement of the century - official age 44/45 - really age - I would say surely 52/53.

The age & inactivity of Ortiz is a concern, but i still would have thought Okolie will be on his bike scooting around the ring.

Okolie wins by KO as Ortiz's stamina drops after a few rounds. Not entirely sure what either of them get out of this.

They can sell it as the man Matchroom signed to protect AJ.

Martin and Ruiz had him all over the shop years ago. Okolie obliterates him.

Vs the "Bogeyman" that props up the last 9 years of Fury's career

Ortiz won every round against Wilder apart from the ones he was hurt/dropped in. He didn't look sturdy against Ruiz but went the distance in a losing effort. He will naturally be throwing counters from the southpaw stance and that's always dangerous. Okolie will try to do it from long range and Ortiz's chin isn't there anymore so I can see a long range right hand doing damage but I am always weary with these highly skilled and well schooled southpaws such as Ortiz and Zhang so I can never really feel confident picking against them.

Ruiz has looked pretty poor since the AJ defeat also. Whether he has regressed or really he was never that good is hard to know - but for Ortiz to lose to him wasn't great form.
I think it will look a bit like a statement win for Okolie which will flatter him - bit like his win for the Cruiser belt. Can see Okolie getting Ortiz out early.
Every truly world class fighter Wilder has faced has won every round against him, except for rounds where they were hurt / dropped in.

Can't disagree at all with you there. I just get a bit concerned about the right hook counter or big left hand, as these high level southpaw bangers know how to set up their counters but Ortiz at this stage should probably struggle with the long range right hand.
