Anyone know what stores in the USA sell it? Don't want to subscribe as they are charging $60 for the year (reasonable) but $90 postage (unreasonable).

You may be able to find some in like a Barnes and Nobles or something, but I'd think it'd have to be specifically a bookstore, and even then it's only a maybe.
