El Zorro is killing it at Discoteca Hawaii 2, Melgar, Venezuela. Why are all the alphabet belt holders dodging him?

I put him at 9 and I think I'm being plenty generous.

It's hard to say where he is at, but it isn't #1.
He has delt with everyone put in front of him in entertaining style but his resume is lacking a little substance.

Naoya Inoue
Oleksandr Usyk
Terence Crawford

3 guys who rank above him.

He's hard to pigeonhole for me, because he is a tremendous fighter, but his resume needs to be more substantial.
