Shane was a great fighter, but Walker was a beast who eventually beat some pretty good HWs, despite his small size. A close fight, but I'd go with Walker by UD or late stoppage.

The Toy Bulldog would cut the ring to land heavy shots on the body and head to get the better of Sugar Shane to take a decision.
