Will Eubank Sr. accept money offered to be at Eubank Benn 2?

We had to hear countless hours of Eubank Sr. going on about scumbag promotors, weight divisions and so on, while wearing a plastic looking sheriffs badge.
Now that Eubank Benn seems to be well and truly on, big money will be offered to him to attend.
Do you think this man of immense principle will take the money and turn up and do his struts and poses, as paid to do so?
Will the sight of the "pound note" be enough for him to put aside what he has said and turn up to the fight?

Nigel will be there anyway, but that fight is going to produce a lot of Cheddar. There's gotta be enough for a cheeky £20,000 each, surely. It's Turki and he's all about the event, so he'll probably chuck them a lot more.

The fight will definitely generate big bucks, I reckon Snr is surplus to requirements
The odd social made by Snr himself would do as much as any DAZN promotion with him onboard to sell it more.

I don't get the nostalgia thing. Not saying it's not there but it bamboozles me.
Those of us old enough to have been about for the original Eubank v Benn fights are surely cynically experienced enough not to get drawn in by the hype and everybody else is too young to care about it, or at least that's what you'd think.
Chris' shtick was old hat 30 years ago.

OK, if Connor was to egg Snr, that would increase the buy rate by a lot. The casuals eat that stuff up.

Snr could wear his full sheriff’s uniform, Nigel could dress as a pastor - that’s one angle they could exploit

Eubank Sr was spot on in all his criticisms of this circus. The promoters are like rats that would do anything for a quick buck, Benn is a drugs cheat reaping the big rewards. In any other sport drug cheats are thrown out and their careers in tatters. In boxing they pay off the testing agency and the cheater gets millions.
I didn't watch the fight last night and wouldn't watch a rematch, Eubank Sr should've stuck to his guns and boycotted it, but I understand why he went in the end.

Senior was always going to be there.
There was no way he was going miss out on all this hype and publicity.
You've got to hand the Eubanks, they are first class promoters.

Exactly.
I hope Senior got a good payday for his efforts, because he was brilliant.
All the more remarkable when you consider that this was a nothing fight.
Despite all the hyperbole, it had no bearing on theirs or their fathers legacies.
They were only there because of their surnames and genes and that's it.
Eubank Jr is clearly past his best and was a gatekeeper at his peak; Benn has never been a gatekeeper, but proved that he is tough and is willing to learn.
I hope they don't try and push the rematch because the original USP is gone.
