Material prices can ease if supply chains get robust, but labor shortages and excess demand will not let prices drop sharply. Financial conditions and interest rates will also be crucial. When inflation moderates and borrowing becomes cheaper, the builder may see some relief.

Do you believe will lower interest rates be enough to slow down construction costs, or will labor shortages keep prices high?
Wots this got to do with current world boxing ?

Probably Ruben Olivares.

Perhaps but don't rule out Richard "The Secret" Williams or former British super featherweight champion from Burnley, but, crucially apropos this topic, fighting out of Carlisle, Cumbria, Charles Shepherd.
