One is a short rotund man, the other is a tall slightly rotund man. One hits hard and has wins over a couple of contenders, the other doesn't.

I don't know who was/is Dave Allen and I don't care. But, if he's a big talented heavyweight and not a stiff, ain't no way that Two Ton Tony Galento wins this fight, my brother. No way!
We're in 2025. Not in 1939.

I don't know who was/is Dave Allen and I don't care. But, if he's a big talented heavyweight and not a stiff, ain't no way that Two Ton Tony Galento wins this fight, my brother. No way!
We're in 2025. Not in 1939.
Don't take this the wrong way, but I think you need to put a little bit more research into boxers, rather than use a blanket statement. Surely a boxer's style and ability must come in to it at some point.

I have never said that today's heavyweights don't have no stiffs. Stiffs have been around now, and have been around then.
Not every heavyweight in the boxing game is talented. Some are talentless. Some are classless. And some don't have what it takes to be a professional boxer.
Dave Allen wouldn't even be top 20 in the 1970s, 80s nor 90s decade. Is he a top 10 heavyweight today?

I really don't care about boxing now. I saw Dave Allen fight in some clips and I wasn't impressed. He should try another sport like rugby or be an NFL offensive lineman.
He can't fight. That's a stiff right there.

Allen outboxes Galento for 10 rounds, after what Galento's team feels, like they are losing badly, so they cheat between the 10th and the 11th rounds, they put some beer in the water bottle of Galento, after what Tony takes the second breath and stops Allen.

No he's not Top 10. I don't think he's ever cracked the Top 20, and he's not currently at his best, though he did recently fight a fight where a lot of people felt he deserved the decision.
He's a fairly tough guy, but has a pretty basic skill set.
