Card from Mexico on DAZN this Friday, super lightweights headlining, Tellez is 11-1 with 8 KOs, Chavez 8-2 with only 1 KO, neither man have been stopped


Don't know either man but these Mexican small hall shows on DAZN usually serve up crackers

Chavez KOs Tellez in the 9th and put the icing on the cake of a dominant performance, Chavez not your typical Mexican fighter, not a noted puncher, switch hits and counters, he fought mainly southpaw but switched orthodox occasionally, Tellez was made to look basic and one dimensional, he walked forward tried to let his hands go but couldn't land much clean, Chavez defence was sound and he caught Tellez coming in with some lovely counter punches, I had him in a handy lead going into the 9th although Tellez finished the 8th strong, still the finish came out of nowhere, Chavez walked Tellez into a left then followed up with another left then a right to send Tellez down, he did get up but his legs were gone, excellent showing from Chavez I was impressed with his skills
