I pick Frazier. They sparred a lot and were friends. Norton's style is all wrong for Frazier's left hook, especially to the body.

Frazier TKO 5 or 6th round.

I think Frazier could've gotten him outta there in 7 or 8 rounds. Norton would've given him a tough go of it I think if the Championship were on the line, but Frazier would've ultimately been too tough for Norton.

Frazier would stop Norton in 12 rounds with a big left hook after wearing him down with greater body punches.

I could see this happening. Frazier post-FOTC was not the same.
