Arthur's weight & tonight's undercard

Stephen Halliday, Scotsman:
At the appointed time of 3pm, Docherty was invited to the scales by British Boxing Board of Control secretary Robert Smith and seemed relaxed as he weighed in at 9st 3lbs 4oz. When Smith then called for Arthur, he was nowhere to be seen. Several undercard boxers were then weighed in before Arthur appeared at 3.06pm.looking drained and agitated as he weighed in at 9st 3lbs 12oz."
Should anything be made of this?
Also, I'm still at a loss...anyone know who Ricky Burns and John McDermott are fighting tonight, and what did John weight?
