Willibaldo Garcia Perez holds the IBF title at 115. He definitely learned on the job as a pro, going 1-4 in the beginning. Maybe he'll score an opportunity and payday with Bam. Without an amateur career, it would be a notable accomplishment just getting in a position to lose to Bam in a unification fight.

interesting that there no amateur fights recorded on benn's boxrec , the aussie amateur records are pretty well documented here and someone who went 20-2 surely would have been noticed. maybe he is fibbing/exagerating/conflating exhibitions with official fights
cant find any results, reports, or video/photo of him in the ams in a goog search either

White-collar boxing events are exhibition events where the boxers have little to no experience. They usually train for the first time ever for a few weeks or months to compete against each other, often for charity or as a challenge. It's a lower level than amateur boxing as most of them are debutants and they haven't trained for years in preparation like most amateurs. Wardley had four of these fights before turning pro.

Carl Thompson came from a Muay Thai background and didn't have any amateur experience before turning pro as far as I'm aware. Lucas Browne was in MMA before boxing and never fought as an amateur.
If we are talking about current boxers then you probably have to look to Thailand where a lot will have come from Muay Thai, like Thammanoon Niyomtrong.

I remember looking him up few years before he turned pro and he was definitely tweeting about the fights he was having at the time. Think he might have tweeted about winning a tournament in Australia, not sure if it was a novice tournament or what.

Dwight Muhammad Qawi. Learned to box in prison but no official amateur fights. All time great at light heavy. Gave Holyfield hell on earth for cruiser belt too. Built exactly how you don’t want to be for boxing and made the style work for him. Buzzsaw was a perfect nickname. RIP
