Boxing promoter allegedly's Sports Network Group will deliver a strong set of results tomorrow in its first full year of public trading as a public company.
Sports Network, which sells the rights to televise boxing bouts, will show it cut its losses from £426,000 to £106,000in the year to December 2004. Turnover increased by £2.4 million to £9.79 million.
Warren's Sports Network became a public company last year when it engineered a reverse takeover of Sports & Leisure Group. It gave Warren his first directorship after a seven-year period of diqualification stemming from the collapse of the London Arena.
Sports Network chairman David Elstein, former boss of Channel Five, said "Warren and his management team have delivered a strong platform in 2004 on which to build an even more successful 2005."
Boxers signed to the company include Ricky Hatton, Joe Calzaghe, Scott Harrison and Johnny Nelson, all of whom successfully defended their world titles last year.
Sports Network also secured the rights to Olympic silver medallist Amir Khan's final amateur bout, against Olympic champion Mario Kindelan, which is to be shown on ITV1.
