Sorry Goose, 12 rounds is not enough for Marciano as he was the 15 rounder where he did it once when Ezzard Charles took him to distance in their first fight. Under 15 rounds, Valuev would be the bigger Bonecrusher Smith by holding for survival while taking heavy punches on the body and head from Marciano who would take a decision.
