You'd have to assume Jeanette would kick Ferguson's ass based on what we know about Jesse Ferguson, and what we can read about Joe Jeanette.

Ferguson on average was not a particularly tough nights work for the guys at the top. Depending on the circumstances, and the rules of this bout he may take a different approach to it than his usual journeyman approach, but that's a factor that it's hard to account for.

Boxers from from 1905 to 1985 are as different as NFL Players from 1945 to now.

It's literally a whole different ballgame.
