At middleweight, El Feo would outbox Collins behind his jabs and counterpunches to take a decision, but at super middleweight, Collins would outbox and outpunch El Feo with jabs and good combinations to take a decision. What do you guys think and who do you got at both different divisions?

Due to his performances beyond middleweight, I can't see El Feo beating Steve Collins at 168lbs and beyond. Collins would have been too strong for El Feo at 168lbs.
