I'd have to give it to Chuvalo here. He'd withstand the bombs of Shavers and wear him out with a late stoppage.

Chuvalo could withstand the bombs, but I don't know if his iron chin would hold up because he never felt the bombs from Shavers like Foreman did, but heavier. The only way Shavers could knock Chuvalo down at least was boxing him with long left jabs and a big right hand as he may or would have been the only man to knock Chuvalo down for the only time in his career, then Shavers would finish Chuvalo with blistering punches like Foreman did even though Shavers didn't have an iron, but his punching power to force the referee to rescue Chuvalo from further punishment in the 5th round.
