Happy 20th Anniversary of the Hagler-Hearns fight which was a exciting classic and was ranked as one of the greatest middleweight fights of all-time!

Actually I have just this very minute finished watching my tape of that fight.
Awsome fight between two great fighters.

Can't believe it's been 20 years already
I remember reading about the fight in a Time Magazine one day while in a doctor's waiting rooms, such was the enormity and impact of this fight. 2 great fighters in a truly great fight

A great bout, one to remember! Hagler's signature fight. I was a big Hagler fan and I always got a little anxious before one of his fights. But leading up to this one, I was calm. I just couldn't picture Hearns doing anything to stop Hagler. No single punch would halt him. And so it went. Hearns tried to play tough guy with the toughest and paid. Too bad Tommy was so physically fragile. That cost him against Leonard and Hagler and Barkley.
